Tally Ho Tack and Togs started out in 2000. Our store has grown out of what we felt was missing from the equestrian retail market.

As keen equestrians ourselves we set out to put in place the perfect tack shop for our customers to visit or to shop with us online.

Creating an experience we felt our customers deserve

Don’t you just hate the tack shop jumble? Why shouldn’t riders have a pleasant shopping experience. Our retail store is organized tidy and brings a boutique experience for our customers to enjoy. Were open late most nights because horses don’t understand business hours and often need something at the most inconvenient times. We live onsite so if you need something at 10pm give us a ring.

We also offer a fully bookable private shopping experience. Grab your gal/guy pals and book a shopping party where we provide the fizz and all things fabulous for horse and rider.

Your shopping experience - what Can you expect from us

Personally, I do prefer the in-person bricks and mortar shop. I like to see it try it and buy it. Online shopping is here to stay so we looked at our own personal dislikes and made sure that our customers don’t experience them with us.

Everything you see on our website is in stock in our UK store we have a very limited number of special-order items all are clearly marked with precise delivery times. We don’t drop ship like most.

We’ve invested our own money in stock, we don’t invest yours, wait for your order get your money then buy the stock. We aim to ship same day if ordered before 12 noon if not next day. We use Royal Mail tracked and signed services. We charge only the cost to send or less. We offer free post within the UK on qualifying orders totals. All customers receive tracking notification. We operate a no hassle returns policy.

We started the Speak to a Human Policy, you can speak to a member of the team from 8am -10pm 7 days a week. Personally, if there’s no telephone contact that scares me as an online shopper. There’s always a human here at Tally Ho Tack and Togs.

Our tagline is - " all things fabulous for horse and rider", we firmly believe our shop is full of fabulous things and were constantly adding the brands that keep our customers saying, you really do have gorgeous stock.

We reward you for shopping with us, join our loyalty programme get gift vouchers and early access to our member sales for the best bargains that we really want to share with you all. Subscribe to our newsletter, we don’t sell your details and we don’t bombard you with endless emails that send you straight to the unsubscribe button.

As equestrians we know only too well the expenses and the vet bill that lands when the zip boot breaks. With this in mind we introduced buy now pay later schemes in store and online with Laybuy and Klarna. Both are interest free ways to shop and spread the cost.

Tally Ho Tack and Togs on the Road

As part of our outdoor events team Mitzie arrived in 2019. Again, we wanted to shake up the show sector and upgraded our trusty pink gazebo to a luxury shop on wheels. Mitzie is the equestrian boutique that takes the fabulosity on the road. She’s fully air conditioned and heated so no matter what the weather shopping is just how we like it…..all things fabulous for horse and rider. Check out our events list and come and see us.

Our Goals

As equestrians we wanted to give back to the sport we love whenever we can. We support various equine charities.We want to help and support up and coming riders so along came Team Tally Ho Tack and Togs.

We sponsor riders as part of the programme. Our team is supported by our brand Fairplay under the banner, Powered by Fairplay. Team Tally Ho Tack and Togs riders are Kristina Hall Jackson and Zoe Ellen shields

We also have a brand ambassador programme that gives riders the chance to review and promote our products and earn some commission.
